Meet D'Les Gonzales
Experienced Educational Leader and
Founder of ARC
I have dedicated my career to providing the best teaching and learning experiences for students and teachers. I have been an educator for over 25 years. My teaching began at the elementary then transitioned to middle and high school. In 2009, I earned my Masters of Education in Educational Leadership. I have had the privilege to serve in a multitude of leadership positions to include lead teacher, principal, leadership instructional senior advisor, and executive director of operations.
